Shipping Information
Domestic shipping within Japan typically takes around 14 days.
For international shipping, delivery may take approximately 21 days.
Please note that delays may occur.
In the event of delivery issues or during holiday periods, shipping may take up to 60 days.
Note: The purchase date refers to the date of payment confirmation, not the order date.
There are no additional fees for deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, or other remote islands.
For international deliveries, we offer a flat shipping rate of ¥5,000, available for orders over ¥40,000.
Please note that you cannot choose the shipping company or delivery time.
Redelivery Policy
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address input at the time of purchase, change of address due to relocation, recipient absence), the cost of redelivery must be borne by the customer.
Note: Redelivery will be processed via cash on delivery (COD).
Customs Duties & Taxes
All product prices listed on our website include applicable duties and taxes.
No additional charges or tax adjustments will be incurred during delivery (for orders within Japan).
Note: For international shipments, import taxes and duties may be imposed according to the laws of the destination country.
